Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed. c. Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the original invoice or proof of purchase, and affix the RA number on the package. d. Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: a. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. b. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees or discounts applied. c.
